Mission Statement is achieved through the following six specific areas :
  • To serve as an authoritative and representative platform for the catering industry in Singapore.
  • To work towards making the catering industry one that is professional & well-regarded in Singapore.
  • Monitor issues that are raised by policy makers that affect the catering industry.
  • To act jointly on matters of common interest and to represent members in communication with policy makers, the media, other relevant bodies and the public.
  • To serve as a resource centre for manpower, training and business networking for caterers in Singapore.
  • To foster and strengthen links with food-related associations and culinary institutes locally & internationally.
